A teachable moment...or crossing the line?

It's always difficult for me to hear stories of how people mistreat each other.  

This story, however, hit me most strongly because it involves a kindergarten teacher whose methods of dealing with an aggressive child landed her in court and lost her job.

When parents send their kids off to school, they expect that they will be protected and kept safe.  This story is (in agreement with the judge in this clip), a parent's worst nightmare.
